    Ingredients

    1/3 cup breadcrumbs

    ½ cup milk

    2 tablespoons cream

    1 egg (large)

    ½ teaspoon kosher salt

    ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

    ¼ teaspoon allspice

    ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

    1 tablespoon fresh parsley (minced)

    1 tablespoon butter

    1 tablespoon oil

    ½ yellow onion (minced)

    1 clove garlic (minced)

    1 pound ground chicken

    1½ pound ground chuck

    6 tablespoons butter

    1/3 cup all-purpose flour (*See NOTE for an optional thickener)

    14.5 ounces low sodium beef broth

    14.5 ounces low sodium chicken broth

    1 cup heavy cream

    ¾ cup sour cream

    1 teaspoon Beef Instant Bouillon Granules (I use Wyler’s)

    1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon cider vinegar

    1 tablespoon granulated sugar

    ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    Salt (if needed. Taste first.)

    1-2 tablespoons parsley (minced)

    Lingonberry Jam or Cranberry Sauce
